They serve Gin, obviously, but the name also derives from the owner, Jin. You can find GIN Neo Bistro in the Jordaan, where they serve a menu that changes every month and is based on the memories that Jin has of his youth, on the seizons and emotions. As Jin is a sommelier as well, they have an exelent winecart.

Westerstraat 264

Mon-Sun: 17h00 - 23h00

Sun: brunch 12h00 - 16h00

Piadina is a flatbread, folded and filled with a variety of typical Italian products, such as Prosciutto, Mozzarella di Bufala or Parmigiano Reggiano. The bread is always freshly made in Piadina's kitchen, using the finest quality ingredients in respect of the original recipe. Perfect for a quick lunch break to eat there or to take away. Please note they also have a vegan option!

Also: coming soon is their Italian Aperitivo.

Stadhouderskade, 82/A

Mon-Sun: 11h30 - 15h30

Pand10 is a temporary cafe. I cannot tell you 'till when they will be there. You see, it depends on how much you can drink.

They have 10.000 beers and will close the doors when those are all sold. At the moment of publishing the count is 755 out of 10.000 sold and drank. The pop-up bar serves draft beer and nine specialty beers in bottles (all from the Heineken stable, so I guess it's clear which marketingmachine is behind this pop-up (although their badly, Google-translated english site makes me doubt)). For anyone who wants PAND10 open as long as possible, there is also a menu of bites, G&T's, wines and soft drinks.

The Amsterdam Travelogue doesn't accept any paid advertising, free services/products, goodies, bribes and so on. All the things and tips in my guides are there, because I love them.
