Amsterdam, are you ready? Record Store Day is upon us, tomorrow (Saturday 18 April) you can enjoy small concerts and buy special releases again all over the world and, bien sur, in Amsterdam. With Spinvis playing at Velvet Music on the Rozengracht, sixties icon Armand is playing with the Kik at Concerto and the Soul Travellers at Recordfriend Grammofoonplaten, to name a few.

Personally, I'm looking forward to these special releases: 12" Et le Cinema by Serge Gainsburg, a 12" Florence and the Machine, The White Stripes' Get Behind Me Satan on vinyl and Foo Fighters' Songs From The Laundry Room with a cover of Kim Wilde's Kids in America and a solo number by Dave Grohl.

And finally, to be complete, the whole shebang for Saturday on one of my handy maps:

The Amsterdam Travelogue doesn't accept any paid advertising, free services/products, goodies, bribes and so on. All the things and tips in my guides are there, because I love them.
