The sun should be making an appearance this weekend (here's to hoping!). And so should you. Anywhere in town really. Let me give you a few pointers!

Saturday:

Film night - Head over to LAB111 for a film exclusive: the surrealistic La Danza de la Realidad by Alejandro Jodorowsky. (Subs are in English.)

Bokbier Festival - Microbrewers galore! From Friday through Sunday you can taste all kinds of Bok beers in the Beurs van Berlage. The first edition of this anual festival was in 1977, in a small cafe in Amsterdam. You can drink all sorts of Bok beer, listen to live music and choose the Best Bokbier of the Netherlands. Cheers.

Sunday:

Rommelige Zondag - flea market in the newly opened De Marktkantine, all the way in west. Next to the huge commercial foodcentre, a new venue is temporarely residing. You can go there for a bite to eat or a show. But this Sunday, also for a huge flea market. I am really looking forward to seeing what they have done with the place.

More (regular) markets - also new editions of the Pure Market today and the Modern Hippies Market.
